Join us at Malin for Earth, Animal & Hand — a quietly indulgent winter evening that honours the relationship between land, life, and craft.
This six-course menu is centred around exceptional Berkshire pork from Brooklands Farm in Daylesford. Celebrated nose-to-tail, each dish draws not only from the animal, but from the world that shaped it — the grains it was fed, the soil it roamed, and the thoughtful farming that sustained it. Every element on the plate reflects this story and is a captivating extension of Chef Clement’s creativity.
Accompanying the menu is a curated selection of wines from the Macedon Ranges — expressive cool-climate varietals poured by the glass, chosen to complement the depth and detail of the menu.
Each wine offers a reflection of the region’s distinct character, served with quiet intent and rarely seen outside the bottle.
This is a dinner grounded in place, told through flavour, care and connection.
