MFWF: DEUX MERS
Malin is pleased to present a six-course seafood menu with head chef Clément Pilatre and guest chef George Wintle, head chef of Clamato in Paris. A French chef who has made his home in Melbourne and an Australian chef who is making his in Paris.
This collaboration is about swapping notes. Over the courses, Clément and George will trade ideas back and forth, with each dish drawing on what they've cooked, eaten and loved in both countries, from the seafood bars of Paris to the coastlines closer to home.
We kindly ask any dietary requirements are advised of in advance.
