We’re celebrating the whole beast — in this case, pork from the exceptional Brooklands Farm. From nose to tail, the set menu pays homage to the full animal through thoughtful, elegant dishes that bring out the depth, richness, and versatility of each cut. Expect bold flavours, refined execution, and a deep respect for the craft of whole-animal cooking.

In the glass:
Explore a rare Burgundy by the glass list – a curated lineup of Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from across the region, poured to perfectly match the menu’s complexity and warmth. These are wines not typically seen outside the bottle.
